Penzance and the Scillonian

Description

A depiction of Penzance painted in a pointillist style, drawn rather than painted in. Framed in a white Tray frame or floated frame and because of the unusual manner in which it is painted looks very strong and charming. The figures to the bottom right are far too big but again I have left it because it looks wrong but right.
